The Challenge

KlaritySG™ had established a stable revenue stream and a loyal customer base. The next stage of growth required expanding distribution channels to reach new customers and increase order volumes. However, as a small supplement brand, large-scale retail partnerships would be costly and difficult to manage.

The challenge was to build a low-investment, high-impact distribution channel that could educate customers in real time and drive conversions effectively.

The Aim

To create a low-cost, high-impact retail channel that:

    • to streamline negotiations and motivate higher performance.

  • Nurtured long-term relationships through consistent communication, gifting, and incentive programs.
  • Developed a repeatable, low-cost seller ecosystem that scaled distribution without increasing overhead.
