Project #3: Expanding Retail Channel with Facebook, Shopee Live Sellers
A full-funnel growth engine built from scratch
The Challenge
KlaritySG™ had established a stable revenue stream and a loyal customer base. The next stage of growth required expanding distribution channels to reach new customers and increase order volumes. However, as a small supplement brand, large-scale retail partnerships would be costly and difficult to manage.
The challenge was to build a low-investment, high-impact distribution channel that could educate customers in real time and drive conversions effectively.
The Aim
To create a low-cost, high-impact retail channel that:

- Standardised a Minimum Selling Price (MSP)
- across all sellers to protect brand integrity and prevented price wars.
- Introduced a tiered distributor pricing model
- to streamline negotiations and motivate higher performance.
- Built a scalable framework for
- consistent seller onboarding, product training, and channel management.
Execution:

- Recruited live sellers directly via outreach (messages, emails, visits) and product sampling.
- Negotiated partnership terms with transparent, scalable agreements.
- Onboarded and supported sellers personally, joining their live streams to strengthen credibility and boost conversions.
- Provided continuous training, updates, and product insights to maintain performance.
- Nurtured long-term relationships through consistent communication, gifting, and incentive programs.
- Developed a repeatable, low-cost seller ecosystem that scaled distribution without increasing overhead.
Results:
The strategic approach delivered strong, measurable business outcomes:
Significant increase in new-customer acquisition. Contribute significantly to Total sale and increase in new customers.
A significant conversion rate from viewers to buyers was recorded on live selling sessions.
